Anxiety
Anxiety, social anxiety disorders, and anxiety attacks are far more common than most believe. It is estimated that one in every eight Americans between the ages of 18-54 suffers from anxiety1.
Signs of anxiety can include:
- A sense of constant worry
- Feelings of constant pressure
- Feelings of losing control or ‘going crazy’
- Physical symptoms such as heart palpitations, trembling, shortness of breath, upset stomach, dizziness, and lightheadedness
If you are experiencing one or more of these symptoms, you may be suffering from anxiety. Anxiety is a treatable problem that affects the lives of millions of people. By discussing how your anxiety is experienced, your Theraphone therapist can help you explore some of the conditions that bring about your anxiety as well as techniques to manage this difficult experience.
