Hours

Theraphone has both daytime and evening appointments, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday Through Friday and 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturdays. You may schedule your appointment on-line or you may contact Theraphone at 1-866-856-TALK and leave a message to request a return call or an appointment time. Your call will be promptly returned the same or following day.

Rates

Theraphone therapy sessions are billed at the rate of $25 for each 10 minutes of therapy talk time. When scheduling your appointment, indicate how much time you would like your session to be. You will not be billed for this session until the session is completed. If, during your session, you choose to either extend or shorten your session length, the charges will be reassessed and you will be billed for the session at the end of the call. There is a $25 cancellation fee for sessions that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Payment

Credit card information will be collected when you schedule your Theraphone session. However, you will not be billed until your session is completed. All payments are processed at the end of a scheduled session, and will be charged at the rate indicated for the particular session length.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $25 cancellation fee for sessions that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Theraphone accepts Visa and MasterCard.
