Confidential Sessions

Theraphone holds your right to a confidential conversation with your Theraphone therapist in the highest regard. Therefore it is our policy at Theraphone to keep all calls completely confidential. Any and all information shared including discussion content, demographic details, e-mail addresses and credit card information is never shared with outside parties or used for any purpose other than the receipt of Therapone services.

This standard of confidentiality does not apply if a caller confirms suicidal or homicidal thoughts or indicates that a child is in danger. In these cases, professional mandates require that we contact the appropriate authorities to ensure your safety and that of others.

Credit Card Security

Credit Card information will be taken when your appointment is scheduled. However you will not be billed until your appointment has been completed.

Theraphone will not share personal contact information with any outside party, and does not store credit card information.
